The Guest Relationship Associate (GRA) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a personalized and memorable stay experience by handling guest interactions, requests, and feedback professionally and courteously.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests throughout their stay
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams
Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized services
Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the system
Promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards
Collect guest feedback and assist in improving service quality
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
0-3 years of experience in hotel front office or guest services
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
