Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the guest house
• Ensure high-quality guest experience through excellent service
• Supervise staff and assign duties as needed
• Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest house premises
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Report to upper management on guest house performance
