Ensure that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and properly stocked with necessary supplies.
Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring rooms and common areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Monitor the upkeep of guest house facilities, such as restrooms, lounges, dining areas, etc.
Regularly inspect guest house facilities for any maintenance issues and report them to the relevant department.
Ensure all equipment and appliances are in good working condition, including air conditioning, lighting, and kitchen facilities.
Help with basic repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
Assist in managing guest house inventories and stock levels (e.g., linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies).
Assist in setting up rooms for any events, meetings, or special functions being held at the guest house.
Coordinate with the kitchen or catering team to provide refreshments or meals for events as needed.
Ensure all necessary equipment (e.g., projectors, chairs, tables) is arranged and in good condition.
Help with the preparation and serving of meals or snacks, if required.
Ensure dining areas are properly cleaned and set up for meal service.
Monitor food inventory and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
