To oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the guest house including room allocation, guest coordination, check-in/check-out processes, housekeeping, transportation, and ensuring a high standard of guest service and facility management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Allocate rooms based on reservations, availability, and guest requirements.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring proper documentation and billing.
Maintain up-to-date room occupancy records and guest logs.
Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.
Monitor timely linen changes, laundry, and availability of amenities for guest comfort.
Coordinate transportation services for guests, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and record keeping.
Address guest queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company hospitality standards and guest house policies.
Maintain records of bookings, expenses, and operational reports for management.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Security teams for smooth guest movement and safety.
Ensure upkeep of guest house facilities, furniture, fixtures, and coordinate for maintenance when required.
Strive to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience through efficient service delivery.
