- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
- Manage reservations and seat guests according to seating chart and server rotation.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
