Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive sessions on

Logical Reasoning

,

Analytical Ability

, and

Soft Skills

(Communication, GD, Interview Skills, etc.). Train students for

Campus Placement Drives

,

Aptitude Tests

, and

GDPI

rounds. Prepare, update, and customize classroom content and handouts. Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback. Collaborate with academic and placement teams for session planning and student engagement.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

1-3 years

of relevant experience in training, teaching, or campus recruitment preparation.
