The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the campground and ensuring guests have a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay. This role includes handling reservations, supporting guests throughout their visit, coordinating maintenance needs, and upholding campground policies. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage campsite reservations, guest check-ins, check-outs, and site assignments.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns.
Monitor campsite conditions and coordinate cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance.
Enforce campground rules, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for daily operations.
Communicate facility issues or guest concerns to management promptly.
Assist in supervising seasonal staff and coordinating daily tasks.
Ensure the campsite environment is safe, welcoming, and well organized.
