As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of Sabha -- welcoming guests, assisting with menu choices, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable cafe experience. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
Take and serve food and beverage orders
Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge
Handle billing and POS entries accurately
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
Collaborate with baristas and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Support dine-in and takeaway service during peak hours
Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality roles preferred
Strong communication skills, fluency in English
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Professional grooming and positive attitude
Basic understanding of food safety and guest etiquette
