Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the hospitality industry. Diploma, Bachelor's, or Postgraduate degree. Talented and enthusiastic freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships naturally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good time management with strong follow-up ability. Quick learner with agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Active listening and empathy in handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive demeanor. Communicate effectively across phone, email, and chat to deliver accurate information and support. Assist customers with booking-related queries, providing timely and effective resolutions. Address and resolve concerns or complaints, striving for first-contact resolution, and escalate when necessary. Collect and document customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements. Encourage satisfied customers to share positive reviews on platforms such as Google. Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and transactions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer journey. Participate in initiatives to reduce friction points and improve customer experience. Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate guidance. Proactively build customer loyalty through personalized interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional service delivery. Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
