The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing birthday parties, group celebrations, and special events at Black Bunny. The role ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable, and fun-filled experience from booking to celebration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage birthday parties, group events, and private celebrations.
Greet guests and act as the primary point of contact for hosts/parents during events.
Assist in planning event activities, food arrangements, and entertainment schedules.
Supervise party flow - from setup, games, and cake-cutting to closing.
Coordinate with internal teams (games, dining, operations) for smooth execution.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving queries or concerns promptly.
Maintain event checklists, records, and reports for management review.
Promote Black Bunny's add-on services (games, decor, packages) to enhance revenue.
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and fun atmosphere throughout the event.
Collect guest feedback post-event to improve future experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or diploma in Hospitality/Event Management preferred.
1-2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle children-friendly environments.
Creative mindset for making celebrations unique and fun.
Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Work Schedule:
6 days working (weekends & holidays included).
Timing: Rotational shifts as per event schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
