Find, schedule, and manage podcast guests while supporting content planning, research, and promotional activities.
Core Responsibilities:
Identify, shortlist, and reach out to potential guests; schedule recording sessions
Maintain clear communication and guide guests for smooth recording experiences
Assist with research, prepare episode questions, and develop episode flow
Help upload and manage content on YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, and create promotional clips
Collaborate with the producer and technical team to maintain episode schedules and quality
Skills & Background:
Education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Social Marketing or PR (students and graduates welcome)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Strong research and content creation abilities; familiarity with social media is a plus
Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven mindset
