Position Overview:

The Guest And Operations Manager oversees property operations, guest management & cost optimization through efficient departmental functions & exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all operations departments (F&B, Kitchen, FO, HK, Purchases, Maintenance, Garden, Security) and Guest Management.
2. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
3. Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
4. Ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
5. Address guest inquiries/ concerns/ requests promptly.
6. Resolve guest complaints efficiently, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
7. Track guest preferences and special requests, delivering exceptional tailored services.
8. Foster long-term relationships with guests, promoting repeat stays and loyalty.
9. Maintain and update accurate guest records.
10. Conduct regular meetings, training and grooming checks for staff to ensure exceptional performance.
11. Encourage team collaboration and communication.

Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality

Experience In Years:

5 to 7 years

Industry Experience:

Hospitality Industry

Languages:

Fluent in English & Hindi

2. Proficient in MS Word/ MS Excel/Google Sheet/ Google Docs

5. Prior experience as Property Manager/ Duty Manager/ Ops Manager

Rs. 30,000-40,000
