Check and verify customer tickets/QR codes at the lounge entry.
Allow only valid-ticket customers inside and manage the entry queue.
Greet guests politely and guide them about seating and available facilities.
Handle invalid/expired tickets professionally and maintain entry discipline.
Coordinate with lounge staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety at the entry gate.
Monitor crowd movement and report any suspicious activity or issues to supervisors.
Assist guests with basic queries and ensure a pleasant experience.
Requirements:
Minimum
12th pass
qualification.
Good communication skills
Customer-friendly, polite, and well-mannered attitude.
Physically fit and alert at all times.
Basic knowledge of crowd handling will be an advantage.
