Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication. Requires demonstrating knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your companyxe2x80x99s go-to-market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods. Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals, including building client relationships, identifying client needs, how company products and services can meet client needs, and capturing opportunities within their accounts. Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. Will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team and senior leadership to create compelling visual communications.Work closely with the Growth Enablement team on visually compelling presentations, documents, and collaterals that align with Kyndrylxe2x80x99s brand standards.Design visually engaging presentations, documents, newsletters, and collateral materials that simplify complex business discussions.Ensure all designs align with Kyndrylxe2x80x99s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.Iterate on feedback-based designs, refining and enhancing materials to improve clarity and impact.Suggest innovative ways to present and package content to maximize engagement and understanding.Understand Kyndrylxe2x80x99s business landscape to align visual communications with the companyxe2x80x99s objectives.Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.Apply knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition to design content for both print and digital platforms, including social media.Your unique ability to communicate and empathize with stakeholders will be invaluable.
