ey Responsibilities:

Participate in intensive training modules across departments such as Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Environmental Engineering. Assist in planning, design, and execution of mining operations and projects under senior supervision. Support operational activities at mines, workshops, and processing units. Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory standards. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates. Contribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and resource optimization initiatives. Learn and implement new technologies including automation, digital systems, and equipment handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, safety, HR, and project planning. Undertake site visits and rotations across different locations/projects as part of the training. Successfully complete all assessments and evaluations during the training period.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E. in relevant discipline (Civil,Electrical etc.) from a recognized university/institution. Candidates must have qualified GATE (for recruitment through GATE) or relevant CIL recruitment exam.

Strong technical knowledge in core engineering domain. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in challenging and remote locations. Adaptability and eagerness to learn. Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
