Job Description

Highlight the main responsibilities
? Run Electromagnetic simulation upon internal and/or external customer requests, in particular is able to build a
JMAG model from CAD file (3D and 2D file)
? Be able to perform Isc and EMF calculations
? Be able to perform demagnetization calculations
? To document FEA/Analytical model results and recommend design changes, required tests, further analysis, etc...
? To support modeling results correlation versus experimental results
? Manage the input data needed and deliveries in accordance with standard
? To work on optimization tools and Matlab
? To define, with the metier motor team, mainly with Test-Prototype engineer, the DOE, to optimize the
component/function.
? To do power analysis based on experiment & simulation and magnetic forces calculation with 2D and 3D FEA soft
for mechanical coupling
Tools
? Is able to run 2D and 3D simulation on Flux2D and Flux 3D Altair[Mandatory]
? JMAG PowerSys[options]
? Optimisation tool - Hyperstudy[Altair]/Matlab fmincon [Function]
Performance indicators
? Simulation reports delivered on time with high level of reliability
? Support level to correlate modeling and experimental results

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a reputed institute or university
