Introduction:

  • Co-ordinate with various support team(s) to get the required information/data.
  • Facilitate audit (internal & external) by supporting the function lead with evidences, audit logs, reports, etc.a, a,

  • Ensures all reports are prepared in timely manner.
  • Coordination with IT functional teams and users.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Team Lead of GTA Access Services the role holder will run a team of technicians delivering a programme of mainframe security activities designed to continually improve our RACF security controls.

aAEURAManaged the escalation of exceptions.

aAEURAHelp ensure that the team has appropriate skills, knowledge, standards, processes and tools in order to support BAU activities, deliver to SLA and to support any major change programmes.a,

aAEURAResponsibility for Access Control List Coordination and SLA update and review.

aAEURAResponsibility for Mainframe applications JML activities.

aAEURATake responsibility for high-Sev incidents and serious issues and problems and drive investigations and fixes

aAEURAContinually identify potential improvements in productivity of the Access Services team including the BAU service and plan and implement them.

aAEURAProvide technical consultancy on RACF, Tandem,Unix issues to Sec Ops and customers.

aAEURAHelp and support Analysts and Lead Analysts with incidents, problems and changes including technical advice, issues with the tools, process queries and escalations.

aAEURAAssisting the rest of Access Services with change control and use of Service Center

aAEURAOngoing maintenance of a Controls Checklist incorporating SOX, Control Framework and Baseline and Technical Platform Standards with accompanying Procedures to ensure a compliant, secure environment which will be evidenced to internal/external audit.

aAEURAAssistance with Audit and Attestations, contributing to defining the scope and delivery to deadline of corrective action plans

aAEURAEstablish and manage strong relationships with key Stake Holders within the UK and Europe and ensure full engagement and appropriate support.

aAEURAAssisting with the delivery of Service Definitions for our critical Stakeholders for UK, Iberia and France including a service catalogue and agreed service levels.

What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:

Has a background in IT, either from Service Delivery or Internal Audit and a good understanding of z/OS with RACF administration, Mainframe support activities, SQL, a, IAM and auditing experience.
