Identify and develop new counters, sub-dealers, and local market opportunities.
Execute merchandising plans and implement trade marketing activities at the outlet level.

Build strong relationships with retailers, ISDs, and local influencers to drive brand preference.
Resolve trade-level issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the Area Manager.
Submit daily and weekly reports on sales, beat performance, and market feedback.
Ensure strict adherence to company's sales, commercial, and branding policies.
Share accurate sales inputs and stock status to support demand planning at the distributor level.
Analyze beat-wise sales data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas
