The GSOC Associate- Customer Service assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will handle critical communications and support essential security functions. As a crucial member of the 24/7 Customer Service team, the Associate serves as a vital connection between Pinkerton and the client . Responsibilities:

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Handle time-sensitive email correspondence for security and safety matters
• Process and document site-specific issues and incidents
• Manage confidential information with utmost discretion
• Triage and escalate urgent security and safety concerns
• Support global customers across different time zones
• Provide professional support for workplace environment requests
• Create clear, detailed documentation for incident tracking
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) in international affairs/relations, business, emergency management, political science, criminal justice, or related discipline,

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Critical thinking abilities and excellent judgment
• Proficiency in Computer skills: Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanour in handling sensitive information
• Proficient typing and documentation skills
• Able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Customer service experience, preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Capability to remain calm and focused during urgent situations

Working Conditions:

• Regular computer usage.
• Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
• Frequent sitting.
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.
