: Government Sales Executive (GSE) We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Government Sales Executive (GSE). As a GSE, you will be responsible for effectively liaising with government officials, monitoring and pursuing tenders, and executing deals to ensure the delivery of our products to the designated locations. Your role will play a crucial part in driving our sales growth and expanding our presence in the government sector. Key Responsibilities : Demonstrate a proactive and dynamic approach towards achieving assigned targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate successful deals. Monitor government online tender sites regularly to identify and track upcoming tenders. Prepare and submit tenders, and diligently follow up with relevant officials to maximize the chances of success. Take charge of the complete deal execution process, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles to the specified location. Follow up on payment-related matters, proactively working towards securing payments and closing deals. Prioritize emails and provide prompt and professional responses. Maintain a minimum attendance record of 99%. Submit tour and travel bills within 7 days from the date of travel, attaching relevant photos. Initiate leave requests with your reporting manager and seek approval from the HR department. Actively participate in both virtual and physical training sessions as required. Take responsibility for maintaining office assets in good condition. Adhere to the established office timings set by the organization. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor\'s degree (preferred). Proven experience in government sales, with a track record of successfully closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with government officials and internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to maximize the success of tenders and deals. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to monitor tenders and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using online platforms and tools for tender monitoring and communication. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
