MISSION
( Why the position exists )
Inside GSC International FP&A team, define and drive financial performance processes: Produce and supply managerial reporting and analysis to drive financial performance, using a consistent and homogeneous methodology and standardized processes, and assist with the strategic transformation of the GSC International finance team. Specific focus on India (performance follow up, interactions with entities), while ensuring consistency of practices and driving transversal projects across International

REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Degree in Accounting or Finance Management
Job Related Experience:
A solid Finance FP&A experience in Supply Chain operations A strong financial analytical skill and experience Experience in working with multi-countries team/stakeholders Experience in leading transformation, in a matrix organization •
Business Understanding :
Experience in Supply Chain Operation, similar industry.
Others:
