Provide prompt IT assistance to guests and team members.
Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi, internet access, printing, and basic device configuration.
Resolve login, password, and system access issues.
2. IT Systems & Operations
Support hotel PMS, POS, KOT, and related software systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometrics, and other IT equipment.
Monitor network connectivity and report issues to IT Manager/Vendor.
3. Hardware & Software Maintenance
Perform basic installation and configuration of systems and applications.
Maintain asset records of all IT equipment.
Ensure periodic backups as per guidelines.
4. Coordination with Vendors & Corporate IT
Log service requests and follow up with external vendors.
Assist corporate IT team in implementing new systems and upgrades.
5. Data Security & Compliance
Follow IT policies related to data security, password protection, and system access.
Ensure antivirus updates and system patching are done regularly.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain IT support logs and daily checklists.
Report critical incidents immediately to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
0-2 years of experience in IT support (hospitality experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of networking, system troubleshooting, and hotel software.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle guest queries professionally.
