We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team. The GSA will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing excellent hospitality service throughout their stay. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain cash/credit records.
Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Support the front office team in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in front office, guest service, or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (preferred).
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field is an added advantage.
