We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA - Housekeeping professional to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction of our hotel.
Ensure impeccable cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces
Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and products to achieve optimal results
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment
Manage and secure departmental keys to ensure guest and property safety
Perform regular inspections to maintain consistent cleanliness standards
Assist in cleaning executive offices and other areas as assigned
Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times
Adhere to local hygiene standards and regulations
Contribute to the overall guest experience through exceptional service and attention to detail
Qualifications
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting (1 year experience preferred; freshers may also apply)
Hotel Management Degree or Diploma is a plus
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Outstanding customer service orientation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic communication skills in English and local languages
Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and practices
Knowledge of local hygiene standards and regulations
