We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused GSA - Housekeeping to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and facilities.
Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping
Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and amenities
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions to the supervisor
Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and productivity reports
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests
Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times
Take initiative to personalize guest experiences through attention to detail and anticipation of needs

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and safety protocols
