We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Housekeeping to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA - Housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Attend daily briefings and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards
Replenish guest supplies and promptly attend to guest requests
Report any damages, malfunctions, or unusual activities to the supervisor
Maintain accurate room status reports and daily productivity logs
Handle guest complaints tactfully and professionally
Perform valet services, including linen delivery and laundry order processing
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Adhere to fire and life safety procedures and attend all required training sessions

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
