Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Dining Experience
Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when required.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve them efficiently.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages.
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to special requests and addressing concerns.
Service Operations
Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
Follow proper sequence of service and F&B operating standards.
Clear tables promptly and reset for the next guests.
Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and maintenance during service hours.
Room Service
Take room service orders politely and deliver them within standard timelines.
Ensure trays and trolleys are set correctly and remove them after service completion.
Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and equipment.
Follow food hygiene and safety standards as per resort guidelines.
Handle glassware, cutlery, and service equipment carefully to prevent breakage.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order execution.
Communicate guest preferences or feedback to supervisors.
Support during banquets, events, and special resort functions.
Billing & Records
Prepare and present bills to guests when assigned.
Handle payments (cash/card/room charge) as per procedures.
Update order entries accurately in the POS system.
