We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate F&B Service Crew members to join our luxury resort in Wayanad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, along with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Food & Beverage Service. Candidates with a qualification in Hotel Management / F&B Management are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests to their tables professionally and courteously.
Present menus and provide detailed information when requested (e.g., ingredients, portion size, allergens).
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glasses, and other dining essentials.
Offer menu recommendations and assist guests with their choices.
Upsell additional items when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS software, order slips, or memorization.
Relay order details clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Inspect dishes, glassware, and cutlery for cleanliness and proper presentation; report any issues.
Maintain neat and organized table settings and dining areas.
Present bills, process payments, and return change accurately.
Clear used tableware and transport items to the dishwashing area.
Attend daily briefings to review menu changes, specials, and service requirements.
Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology.
Good communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role.
