About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented F&B Service Crew members to join our brand-new luxury property in Athirappilly, Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, a strong passion for hospitality, and a desire to grow in the field of Food & Beverage Service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and welcoming attitude. Present menus and provide detailed information when requested. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses. Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or by memorization. Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen and bar teams. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure all dishes and kitchenware meet cleanliness and presentation standards; report any discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Deliver checks, process payments, and handle billing efficiently. Assist in clearing and resetting tables for new guests. Participate in daily briefings to review menu changes, specials, and service standards. Consistently provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology / F&B Service. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a passion for learning.
