We are hiring an experienced

General Studies & Aptitude Faculty

who can handle classes for

TNPSC, Banking, SSC, and RRB

competitive exams. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge in

General Studies, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Basic English

.

Roles & Responsibilities

Teach

General Studies (GS)

for TNPSC and all competitive exams. Teach

Aptitude, Reasoning, and Basic English

for Bank/SSC/RRB exams. Prepare lesson plans, class materials, shortcuts & tricks. Conduct regular classes, doubt sessions, test discussions, and revision classes. Create and evaluate mock tests, model question papers, and assignments. Ensure timely syllabus completion and high-quality teaching. Track student performance and give individual feedback. Stay updated with latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and current affairs. Coordinate with the academic team for content development.

Qualifications

Any degree (UG/PG). Strong subject knowledge in:

GS (History, Polity, Geography, Science, Economics, Current Affairs)

Quantitative Aptitude

Logical Reasoning

English Grammar & Comprehension (Basic level)

Prior teaching experience in competitive exams preferred. Freshers with excellent subject knowledge can also apply.

Skills Required

Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to simplify concepts with shortcuts and easy methods. Class handling & student engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good command over Tamil & English.

Work Timing

Rotational Shifts: 6.30 AM - 3.30 PM 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM 11.30 AM - 8.30 PM 6 days working.

Salary
