The Role
We're hiring our first dedicated Growth/BD Executive to own client acquisition from the ground up. You'll be responsible for generating leads, booking meetings, and closing deals for our blockchain and AI agent development services in international markets.
This is a solo role initially. You'll build the foundation of our sales engine and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we scale the team.

2-month contract, post contract tenure and performance, full-time offer will be extended.
What You'll DoLead Generation (Primary Focus)
Make direct contact with leads through multiple channels (cold calls for AI clients, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp/Telegram outreach, email, social media DMs)
Run targeted outreach campaigns across platforms
Experiment with unconventional lead generation methods
Build lists and identify high-potential prospects
Sales & Closing
Set up and conduct discovery calls with potential clients
Present Chain Labs' capabilities and past results
Close deals and bring new clients onboard
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Pipeline & Process
Build and maintain CRM systems with detailed tracking
Create weekly sales reports and forecasts
Use AI tools to optimize outreach and sales processes
Document what works and what doesn't

Requirements
Must Have:
2+ years in B2B software development services sales
Experience selling to US, Canada, or Australia markets
Confident English communication (spoken and written)
Proven track record in direct outreach (LinkedIn DMs, cold calls, WhatsApp/Telegram, email)
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Self-starter mentality - comfortable working independently
Strong Plus:
Background in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sales
Experience with AI/automation product sales
Creative approaches to lead generation
Technical understanding of software development

Choose your structure:
Option A (High Risk, High Reward):
Base: ₹20,000/month
Commission: 5% of total project value
No commission cap for first 3 months
Option B (Balanced):
Base: ₹40,000/month
Commission: 2% of total project value
No commission cap for first 3 months
Commission Terms:
Paid 30 days after client payment received
For milestone-based projects, commission paid per milestone
All deals you close, you earn commission on
