B2B sales, outbound outreach, and growth strategy

You will work closely with our growth and sales teams to research prospects, run outbound campaigns, and set appointments with business decision-makers across India and the US markets.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B prospects (companies & decision-makers)
Make outbound calls to qualified leads (India / US based on shift)
Connect with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
Clearly introduce B2B Cognition's services
Book meetings/appointments for senior sales or growth managers
Maintain basic CRM hygiene and daily activity tracking
Support ongoing sales and growth initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Clear verbal communication skills
Confidence in speaking with prospects over calls
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email communication
Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales systems
Strong discipline, consistency, and follow-through
Comfortable speaking in English (neutral accent preferred for US role)

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST

2:30 PM - 9:00 PM IST
Option 2: US Shift Role (Remote / Work From Home)
Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST
Focus: US market outbound calling and appointment setting
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
