What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire:
Recruit, mentor, and empower Account Executives to build a high-performance sales culture.
Drive Strategy:
Design and execute growth-focused sales strategies to expand our footprint within the FMCG sector.
Manage Success:
Set ambitious sales targets, track KPIs, and guide your team to achieve consistent results.
Own the Pipeline:
Oversee the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure -- ensuring accurate CRM forecasts.
Engage at the Top:
Lead high-value negotiations and cultivate relationships with key FMCG clients.
Collaborate for Impact:
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align and accelerate revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in
B2B SaaS sales
, including 2+ years in a
team leadership
role.
Proven success in
building, coaching, and scaling
high-performing sales teams.
Strong
strategic thinking
and hands-on experience developing efficient sales processes.
Proficiency with
CRM platforms
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
with executive-level clients.
