Key Responsibilities1. Stakeholder Coordination

2. Pareto Analysis & Insights
Leverage the Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule) to identify:
Top-performing products
High-contributing customers
Key growth regions
Provide strategic insights to focus efforts on high-impact segments.
3. Scheme Tracking & Promotion
Monitor performance of ongoing sales schemes and incentive programs.
Track participation and effectiveness, and report key findings to management.
Work with field teams to ensure dealers are well-informed and motivated to engage with schemes.
4. Product Sampling & Stock Utilization
Implement structured sampling strategies for new product introductions.
Track the performance impact of sampling on sales and dealer engagement.
Drive clearance of slow-moving stock through targeted sampling and promotional plans.
5. Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis
Analyze sales trends across regions, categories, and customer segments.
Identify underperforming areas and suggest corrective actions backed by data.
Present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management (experience in home furnishing or retail industry preferred).
