Role Overview
This is a
high-ownership, revenue-critical outbound sales role
with
strict daily cold calling and sales targets
.
The role is
primarily focused on cold calling
and outbound client acquisition. You will be responsible for selling
advanced, AI-enabled website projects
and, based on performance, progressively transition into selling
strategic advisory and integrated growth services
.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily
Own the full sales lifecycle from cold call to closure
Close mid to high-ticket website projects consistently
Consultative Selling
Identify client pain points during outbound conversations
Explain AI-powered website solutions clearly and confidently
Position IPDM offerings as ROI-driven growth platforms
Close deals with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
Pipeline & Performance Discipline
Maintain accurate CRM updates
Follow structured follow-up cadence
Track call volume, conversions, and closures daily
Report numbers with complete transparency
Growth into Strategic Sales
High performers will progress into:

Education & Qualification (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related fields

MBA or equivalent business qualification is a

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
2-8+ years of outbound / cold calling B2B sales experience
Proven track record in selling:
