What You'll Work On

Analyse full user funnels -- acquisition ? signup ? first interaction ? recharge ? repeat Track demand quality across channels, categories, geos, and time windows Support CLM journeys across push, in-app, WhatsApp, and email Analyse pricing, packs, cashback, and offer performance Track ARPU, utilisation vs breakage, and margin health Monitor demand vs expert availability to avoid over- or under-activation Support clean execution of campaigns, pricing changes, and launches Build dashboards and experiment learnings that actually drive decisions

Must-Have

1-3 years in growth, digital marketing, analytics, or revenue ops Strong comfort with funnels, cohorts, Excel / Sheets Working understanding of paid acquisition (Meta / Google Ads, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) High ownership, strong execution discipline, attention to detail

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to app analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude) CLM tools (MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage) Experience with consumer internet or app-led products
