Your role:
As a Growth Program Manager - Lending, you will own key programs and growth initiatives for Khatabook's lending products--from strategy and experimentation to execution and scale. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Data, Marketing and Operations to design growth playbooks, improve funnel conversion, and drive responsible portfolio expansion. You will measure, learn, and iterate quickly in a high-growth fintech environment.
What would you do at Khatabook?
Own and drive end-to-end growth programs to onboard new borrowers and increase active loan origination across Khatabook's lending products.
Build clear program roadmaps with defined KPIs, managing initiatives from planning and execution through measurement and continuous optimization.
Partner closely with Marketing and Performance teams to design acquisition funnels, channels, and campaigns that scale responsibly.
Work with Product and Operations to improve customer journeys across onboarding, approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Analytics to run growth experiments, translate learnings into scalable processes, and influence product and operational improvements.
Present growth insights, experiment results, and recommendations to senior leadership, aligning stakeholders around priorities and impact.
Analyze user and loan funnel metrics to identify conversion opportunities while optimizing for portfolio quality.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, using data to continuously refine growth levers and program effectiveness.
Track program performance through dashboards and regular business reviews to ensure visibility and accountability.
Partner with Risk and Credit teams to balance growth with strong lending quality, compliance, and customer experience--ensuring all initiatives support sustainable portfolio expansion.
What are we looking for?
Experience: 3-6+ years experience in growth, program management, product operations or strategy--preferably in fintech, lending, financial services or high-growth tech environments.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience running growth experiments, funnel optimization and cross-functional projects.
Comfortable working with quantitative data and tools (SQL/Excel/dashboards).
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution.
Self-starter attitude with strong ownership and bias for action.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Understanding of lending product cycles, credit risk and customer segmentation.
Experience in digital lending or fintech product growth with MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
