Your role:




We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Growth Program Manager to drive growth initiatives for BizAnalyst across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will define strategic growth plans, lead cross-functional execution, analyze user behavior, and optimize growth levers. You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to scale user growth sustainably and deliver measurable impact.

What would you do at Khatabook?





Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, with clear KPIs and prioritization frameworks. Lead growth programs from ideation to scale, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Success. Optimize acquisition channels (organic, paid, referrals, partnerships) and improve onboarding and early activation experiences. Analyze user behavior and churn signals to build engagement and retention programs (in-app journeys, lifecycle campaigns, feature adoption, notifications). Build dashboards and funnels, run experiments and A/B tests, identify bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Design and execute rapid growth experiments across product and marketing touchpoints. Evangelize a growth mindset across teams and provide regular performance reporting and insights to leadership.


What are we looking for?





Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 3-6+ years of experience in growth, product, analytics, or program management roles, ideally in tech/saas/analytics/product companies. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, define problems, and drive solutions. Proven track record of leading cross-functional growth projects with measurable results. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker).


Preferred:





Experience working with SaaS or mobile platforms. Hands-on experience with growth tools and frameworks for user acquisition and retention. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
