We're looking for a fresh graduate who's passionate about biotechnology, agriculture, and global business development.
As a Growth & Partnership Executive (Fresher), you'll play a key role in supporting our international collaborations, managing partner relationships, and researching new markets for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership & Business Development
Scout for local and international sales partnerships, distributors, and business collaborators.
Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential and existing partners.
Build strategic alliances to expand product reach in targeted geographies.
2. Relationship Management
Manage existing sales and marketing relationships; ensure regular follow-up on next steps.
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule product updates, promotional activities, and client appreciation gestures (e.g., gifts, sample dispatches).
Maintain detailed CRM records of all partner interactions and progress.
3. Institutional Engagement & Collaboration
Manage existing institutional relationships with research organizations and universities.
Collaborate with reputed institutions such as IISc, NUS, Cornell, Wageningen, EU-funded programs, MPOB, and IOPRI for joint publications, grants, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate technical content development and article publication in collaboration with R&D teams.
4. Inorganic Growth & Market Entry
Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in target countries -- local brands, distributors, or companies with existing regulatory licenses.
Support due diligence, partner negotiations, and documentation for licensing or acquisition.
5. Market Research & R&D Sales Strategy
Conduct market and R&D analysis for each target geography to identify product fit, demand gaps, and regulatory needs.
Build data-driven sales roadmaps with input from R&D and management teams.
Track emerging trends and technologies relevant to agricultural biotechnology.
Qualification & Skill:
A graduate in Biotechnology / Agriculture / Life Sciences / Business.
Strong communicator -- both written and verbal.
Comfortable managing multiple relationships and follow-ups.
Curious about global markets, innovation, and agri-biotech solutions.
Organized, tech-friendly, and eager to learn fast.
