, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, execute and optimize marketing campaigns, and identify growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse customer data using SQL and Python and create actionable dashboards and reports. Monitor user behaviour through CRM tools and recommend strategies to boost engagement and retention. Conduct research to identify market trends and gather competitive insights to inform growth strategies. Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to support feature launches and drive growth initiatives.

Key Qualification

MBA in Data Science Proficiency in Python and SQL is required Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) Solid knowledge of business concepts, marketing strategies, and digital channels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Open to recent graduates
