Job Description

We are looking for a

Growth Marketing Specialist

with hands-on experience in

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

SEO

. The role focuses on driving measurable growth through paid campaigns, organic search optimization, and continuous performance improvement.

Working knowledge of WordPress is additional advantage

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads

(Search, Display, Performance Max) Manage and scale

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram campaigns) Conduct keyword research, write ad copies, and perform A/B testing Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROAS Handle

on-page SEO

(meta tags, content optimization, internal linking) Execute

off-page SEO

strategies (link building, citations, outreach) Track and analyze performance using

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ads Managers

and SEO tools like ahrefs, semrush, etc. Manage landing pages and basic SEO updates using

WordPress

Prepare performance reports and growth insights

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience in

PPC and SEO

Strong understanding of

Google Ads and Meta Ads

Practical knowledge of

on-page & off-page SEO

Experience with analytics, tracking, and reporting Ability to work independently and optimize campaigns continuously

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
