The Opportunity Launchpad App Development is the market leader in Australia\xe2\x80\x99s new technology product development space, our vision is to enable those who believe in creating a better world. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will champion the product analytics and mobile engagement execution. The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for campaign and flow setup and maintenance, running experiments and optimisation and using analytics to make data driven product decisions. In addition, you will support the Growth Team in running pilot programs, building admin panels, tracking and improving pirate metrics, driving product market/fit and problem/solution fit as well as integrating AI/ML and emerging tech into the products. You will also be responsible for supporting our clients to raise awareness of their product and brand and the acquisition of new users and customers using digital, social and video based marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing client success and satisfaction by determining the scope of various engagements, communicating regularly with various stakeholders and learning business goals and technology infrastructure
• Train clients on how to use their mobile growth stack and advising on best practices
• Drive product efficacy and drive measurable outcomes and reporting on our products to clients.
• Improve Pirate metric targets and implement the app admin panels/dashboards to track them.
• Run experiments grounded in scientific process to measure and determine the efficacy of products.
• Increasing the product engagement metrics and delivering successful campaigns and experiments.
• Improvement of product engagement metrics
• Provide outcomes-based analytics and data reporting to demonstrate ROI for clients

Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Mobile analytics and engagement platform experience, such as MixPanel, MoEngage, CleverTap LeanPlum etc.
• University or Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) required in a science, product management, innovation or engineering based field.
• Experience with scientific experimentation, data visualisation, AI/ML or formulating product requirements a bonus
• Experience with effective reporting: analytics, attribution, ad serving, push, email marketing, social media
• Intermediate knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: audience segmentation, personalization, retargeting, automation, etc.
• Proven success planning and deploying integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, increase retention, or improve customer long-term value
