We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition and retention opportunities. This role involves deep collaboration across teams to explore new growth channels, partnerships, and experiments that accelerate brand reach and business results. Ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, numbers, and building from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and test non-traditional growth opportunities (e.g., partnerships, affiliates, referral programs, local events, niche communities)
Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments across the user funnel
Analyse performance data and make data-informed decisions to drive growth
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align growth efforts
Explore customer feedback and behaviour insights to inform strategy
Build and optimize lead generation and conversion funnels
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or start-up marketing
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio, Mixpanel)
Creative problem-solver who can design and test new ideas quickly
Comfortable working in a lean environment and wearing multiple hats
Strong communication and project management skills
Bonus: experience in real estate, tech, or marketplace platforms
