About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and energetic

Growth & Marketing Partner

to join

Dhun Jam Entertainment Private Limited.

This is a field + marketing role that combines

partnership building, social media marketing, and community engagement

with resto-bars, pubs, and artists across Bangalore.

What You'll Do

Reach out to venues

like resto-bars and pubs through walk-ins, meetings, or your personal network.

Pitch Dhun Jam

and explain its value to venues and artists.

Onboard venues and artists

onto the Dhun Jam platform and ensure smooth setup.

Ensure consistent operations

at venues by solving challenges related to Dhun Jam usage.

Build a strong network

in Bangalore's nightlife, music, and hospitality industry.

Create and manage social media content

to showcase partnerships, artists, and Dhun Jam events.

Handle social media accounts

and ensure consistent engagement.

Support marketing initiatives

and drive venue activations.

Who We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills

(fluency in multiple languages preferred). Must be

comfortable traveling across Bangalore

.

Open to visiting pubs and resto-bars

during both day and night.

No educational qualification mandatory

- passion, energy, and networking skills matter more. Strong interest in

marketing, partnerships, and music-based community building

. Freshers are welcome - this role is designed for people who want to kickstart their career in

marketing + partnerships + nightlife industry
