About the Role:
We're an AI SaaS startup in the early validation and growth phase, looking for a hands on Growth & Marketing Manager (Consultant Work From Home) to help us scale awareness, acquire early users, and drive conversions. You'll own everything from online marketing and outreach to customer onboarding and product demos.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive inbound and outbound marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, Reddit, Product Hunt, etc.) Run cold outreach and lead generation for B2B/B2C prospects Conduct product demos and assist in customer onboarding Create compelling marketing content, product pitches, and sales materials Track growth metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and product teams
Ideal Profile:

2-5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or SaaS sales Strong skills in content creation, cold emailing, and customer engagement Self-starter comfortable working with technical founders in a startup environment Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar
Engagement:

Consulting / Part time role with potential to transition into a long term engagement based on performance. Flexible working arrangement with milestone based deliverables.
