We are an AI-powered SaaS startup seeking a senior, hands-on enterprise growth and sales consultant to own the end-to-end enterprise GTM motion--from pipeline creation to deal closure support. This is a single-owner role working closely with technical founders to drive early enterprise traction and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise GTM and sales strategy
Drive outbound-led enterprise pipeline generation (LinkedIn, email)
Lead discovery calls, product demos, and enterprise sales conversations
Support proposals, RFPs, pilots/POCs, and commercial discussions
Build enterprise sales collateral (pitch decks, case studies, ROI narratives)
Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize conversion metrics
Act as the voice of the enterprise customer to the product team
