XPS is looking for a versatile junior Growth & Marketing Specialist who can support lead generation, website updates, and content creation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, can multitask, and wants exposure to both sales and digital marketing in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Update and maintain website pages (WordPress/Wix).
Create content for services, product portfolio, and case studies.
Design simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
Support social media posts and brand messaging.
Growth & Lead Generation
Assist with outreach on LinkedIn and email.
Support preparation of proposals, brochures, and presentations.
Help build lists of potential clients and partners.
Track leads and maintain basic CRM entries.
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in marketing, content writing, digital media, or sales support.
Ability to write clear, concise content.
Basic website editing experience (WordPress/Wix).
Good understanding of Canva or similar tools.
Comfortable communicating professionally in English.
Self-driven and able to deliver independently in a remote environment.
