RW Infotech is a growing IT company specializing in web development, design, and digital solutions. We're looking for a result-driven Growth Marketer who can help us scale our presence, attract potential clients, and generate qualified leads that convert into real projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute growth strategies to bring

inbound client leads

and project inquiries. Optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.) to

increase visibility and conversions

. Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to identify what drives engagement and sales. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Use analytics tools to track results, measure ROI, and propose improvement plans. Work on organic and paid strategies to improve the company's online presence and searchability.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in

growth marketing or digital marketing

, preferably in an IT service company. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Creative thinker with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
