The selected candidate will work closely with US leadership and will play a key role in shaping Paywint's brand voice, content quality, and growth roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute growth-oriented digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan campaigns across SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and content channels.
Drive lead generation, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.
Content Strategy & Ownership
Own the complete content strategy for websites, blogs, landing pages, PR, and marketing assets.
Define content roadmaps based on business goals and funnel stages.
Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent FinTech content across all platforms.
Act as the final reviewer/editor before publishing content.
Content Writers Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage in-house content writers.
Assign briefs, set timelines, and review deliverables.
Ensure writers follow brand tone, SEO best practices, and compliance requirements.
Measure writer performance using content and growth metrics.
Digital Performance & Analytics
Track campaign and content performance using analytics tools (GA4, SEO tools, CRM).
Optimize marketing efforts based on data and insights.
Prepare performance reports for leadership.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with US-based teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate with designers, developers, agencies, and vendors when required.
Build SOPs and scalable processes for future team expansion.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy.
Strong hands-on experience in SEO, paid ads, analytics, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proven experience managing content writers or editorial teams.
Ability to translate business goals into structured content and marketing plans.
Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or technology domains is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working with global teams and occasional US-time coordination.
