Performance Marketing Manager

who can lead ROI-focused digital campaigns across channels and deliver measurable growth for our clients.

Role Overview



You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplace platforms. This role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and deep expertise in performance channels.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution



Plan and run paid campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn

. Create and optimize campaigns for

lead generation, sales, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions

. Manage

remarketing

,

A/B testing

, and

audience segmentation

.

Performance & Optimization



Analyze campaign data to improve cost efficiency and ROI. Continuously optimize budgets, keywords, creatives, and landing pages. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and CPL.

Analytics & Reporting



Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionables. Use tools like

Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Insights

. Identify trends and opportunities across client accounts.

Collaboration



Work closely with the

creative team

to guide ad copies, creatives, and messaging. Partner with the

SEO, design, and content teams

for integrated digital strategies. Communicate campaign performance, challenges, and next steps with clients.

Required Skills & Experience



4-6 years of experience in

performance marketing

. Strong hands-on expertise in

Google Ads & Meta Ads

. Experience with

lead gen campaigns (service)

or

sales campaigns (e-commerce)

. Strong understanding of

funnels, attribution, and consumer behaviour

. Knowledge of

Amazon/Flipkart Ads

(bonus). Proficiency in

GA4, GTM, GDS

, and campaign tracking tools. Excellent analytical skills and ROI-driven mindset.
